Our Projects
SIDART is currently operational in the urban slums, Transport Nagar and rural areas as well as tribal areas in INDIA.
SIDART has been conducting child road safety education programmes at different locations in cooperation with Johnson & Johnson, UPS Foundation and Fleet Forum in Jaipur (Rajasthan), Mumbai, Mulund (Maharashtra), Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) and Aurangabad (Maharashtra).
Women Empowerment
SIDART has been conducting several seminars and trainings for women in cooperation with Hanns Seidel Foundation. They learn how to be an active part in the Panchayat, a kind of local self-government institution common in India. Many of the village women are just poorly educated, so by giving them vocational training, they gain more..
Women and Law
In order to strengthen women's position in society and safeguard their rights, SIDART is developing a new project about women and law, since February 2014 . We think that to build a harmonious society, it is essential for every memeber of the society to respect it's rules along with each other's rights.
