The Global Traineeship Program by SIDART offers a unique opportunity for youth to gain practical experience through community engagement, fieldwork, and professional exposure in India. This program is designed to be a stepping stone toward a meaningful and successful career.
SIDART provides traineeships and vocational training that expose participants to the diverse social, cultural, and developmental landscape of India.
DURING THE PROGRAM, TRAINEES:

Experience both fieldwork and office work

Engage in community-based projects

Participate in awareness campaigns and school rallies

Learn about adolescent development, gender issues, and social challenges in the Indian context
The program focuses on real-world learning through active participation and observation.

Institutional Requirements
Letter of recommendation from college/university
MOU (if part of institutional collaboration)
For International Applicants
Passport and visa (non-tourist visa required)
Proof of vaccination
DURATION & FEES
Duration: Flexible (recommended minimum of 3 months)
Fees: €200 for up to 12 weeks
€20 for each additional week
Note: Fees are not applicable for collaborative programs with institutions
